On June
30, 2017 festivities on the occasion of the presentation of Regional Award in
architecture, heraldry and vexilology, decorative and applied arts named after Yakiv
Pauchenko 2017 took place in O.O.Osmerkin Art-memorial Museum. The event was dedicated to
Architecture Day of Ukraine, which is celebrated on July 1.
The head of Kirovohrad Regional Council, head of the jury of the award
O.A.Chornoivanenko handed honourable distinctions to the laureates of the award – in the
nomination “architecture” to the member of the National Union of Architects of
Ukraine, chief architect of the projects for PE “ServisInvest” Iryna Oleksiivna Drofa
for the construction of Orthodox Church and improvement of the area of the park named
after Kriuchkov on Pavlo Snitsar Str. in Kropyvnytskyi and in the nomination “decorative
and applied art” to the member of the National Union of Masters of folk art of
Ukraine,senior lecturer of fine art and design subdepartment of the department of painting
and graphic art of Art faculty of Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named
after Volodymyr Vynnychenko Larysa Oleksandrivna Kulinich for works in the sphere of
professional art ceramics, desktop and empirical research of historical traditions of folk
ceramics of Kirovohrad region andintroduction of traditional techniques of pottery in
modern Ukrainian decorative and applied art.
Contenders for the award– members of the National Union of Architects of
Ukraine H.V.Kovtun and A.V.Pyrohova - were honoured letters of appreciation from
Kirovohrad Regional Council. By the way, H.V.Kovtun and A.V.Pyrohova are laureates of the
award of the previous years. They submitted buildings in Kropyvnytskyi on 10 Shevchenko
Str. (Ltd.”Storm-MET”), and on 48 Velyka Perspektyvna Str. (Shopping mall “DEPO’t
center”) to the competition.M.V.Achkasova , a contender and a member of the National
Union of Artists of Ukraine also received letter of appreciation for the series of
vytynankainstallations “Search of existence”.
Head of the department of regional development, town planning and
architecture of Kirovohrad Regional State Administration V.V.Kulikovamade an opening
speech. She noticed importance of training of young professionals – future urban
planners and honoured a Merit certificate to the director of Kirovohrad College of
Construction O.V.Taran and curator of the Department of Architecture of this educational
establishment O.A.Kovtun.
Head of the National Union of Architects of UkraineL.V.Kharlamova and head of the National
Union of Artists of UkraineA.V.Khvorost also congratulated their colleagues.
And all the present enjoyed the performance of Roman Ievskii, who studies
flute in Lviv National Music Academy named after Mykola Lysenko and of Mariia Poliachok, a
violin student of Kirovohrad Music College. The performances were accompanied by piano,
performed by S.V.Kontsedalova. |
