On December 20, 2017 anopening of a personal exhibition of graphic works of Iryna Kukharenko “The world in watercolours” took place in O.O.Osmerkin Art-Memorial Museum. The exposition of the exhibition included nearly 50 works created in 2009-2017 – architectural drawings, landscape studies and portrait sketches.
    Kukharenko Iryna Olexandrivna was born in Kazan (Tatarstan, Russian Federation). Graduated from the Department of Architecture of Kazan Civil Engineering Institute, now Kazan State University of Architecture and Construction (1990). Her working career began in Kirovohrad (now Kropyvnytskyi) as an architect in the Department of town planning, architecture, land planning and land-use of City Council. Since 2009 – a deputy head of the Department of regional development, town planning and architecture of Kirovohrad Regional State Administration – head of the Department - the chief architect of the region. The member of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine (2017).
    Working on responsible positions in state establishments I.O.Kukharenko dedicated her time to art work, she became interested in wtercolour painting during her studies in Kazan Children Art School №5. I.O.Kukharenko is an active participant of regional fundraising art exhibitions-auctions. In 2012 she presented her first personal exhibition of graphic works “Vernissage” in O.O.Osmerkin Art-Memorial Museum.
    I.O.Kukharenko was congratulated on the exhibition opening by the head of Kirovohrad Regional Organization of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine L.V.Kharlamova and executive secretary Yu.O.Peniaz, the head of Kirovohrad Regional Organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine A.V.Khvorost, Art History Ph.D., associate professor of Art Department of Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko O.I.Kyrychenko, head of Scientific and Educational Department of Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum O.V.Stepanok, colleagues, friends and family.
    A booklet of the exhibition was presented to everyone who visited the exhibition. The booklet was prepared by a daughter Nataliia - Master's Degree Student of Art and Graphic Department of Art Faculty of Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko.
