The best staff of town institution of culture

   On September 22, 2012, on Town Day, a renewed Hall of fame of Kirovograd was opened. The best representatives of territorial community of the town and work collectives are presented there according to the resolution of executive committee of Kirovograd Town Rada.
   This year Kirovograd A.A.Osmerkin Art-Memorial Museum was awarded in nomination “The best staff of town institution of culture” for achievements in expositional, exhibitional, research, fund, cultural and educational activity.
