On September 19, 2015 O.O.Osmerkin Art-Memorial Museum took part in IV Central-Ukrainian festival of museums and tourism, which was held in Kirovohrad on Town Day in Pushkin park (Cossack’s island).
   The museum presented two theme exhibitions within competition on museum focus between museums juridical persons of Kirovohrad region: “As a souvenir for tourists”. Advertising printed production of O.O.Osmerkin Art-Memorial Museum within the framework of local history focus “It is worth seeing where memory lives…” and “Exhibition-competition of patriotic posters “For independence of Ukraine!” among students to the Independence Day of Ukraine” within the competition of patriotic focus “Victory and patriotism: connection of generations”, for which received third prize.
   One of the participants of the exhibition-competition of patriotic posters “For independence of Ukraine!”, a student of the Art Department of Kirovohrad State Pedagogical University named after V.V.VynnychenkoTetianaVyhovska was given a present from the museum for her poster “My Ukraine – is cereals fields and dreamy summer nights”.
   All the participants of IV Central-Ukrainian festival of museums and tourismwere congratulated by the officials of the town and region – deputy head of Kirovohrad Regional State Administration S.Kovalenko, deputy mayor of Kirovohrad H.Lytvyn and director of Department of culture, tourism and cultural heritage of Kirovohrad Regional State AdministrationV.Zhyvotovska.
