Exhibition of students’ creative works “Architecture: algebra and harmony” was presented within the museum youth art project “New Generation” and was dedicated to International Day for Monuments and Sites, which was observed on April 18, under the auspices of UNESCO.
    The exposition and exhibition art project “New generation” founded by the museum is aimed at finding young bright talented personalities among students of art in modern fine art of Ukraine and presupposes organization of personal and group exhibitions and also publishing of theme booklets with articles on study of art and reproductions of creative works.
    The exhibition “Architecture: algebra and harmony” is a joint event of Fine Art and Design Subdepartment of Art Department of Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after V.Vynnychenko and the Department of Architecture of Kirovohrad College of Construction.
    More than 50 works of students of the Department of Art and Graphic art of the Faculty of Arts of Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after V.Vynnychenko on the architectural topic are shown at the exhibition. Among them are qualifying final projects of the students of different years of studying, practical and plein air works, creative and competition works, in particular, of the participants of All-Ukrainian competition “Architectural drawing” in Poltava National Technical University named after Yu.Kondratiuk made in different fine art techniques: drawing, painting, watercolors, vytynanka, batik, ceramic art, quillingunder the academicmentoring of teachers of Fine Art and Design Subdepartment – Ph.D. in Pedagogy, professor, honored education worker of Ukraine Leonid Babenko, Ph.D. in Pedagogy, associate professors Olha Punhina and Larysa Harbuzenko, Ph.D. in Pedagogy, senior teacher Yuliia Malezhyk, Ph.D. in History of Arts, associate professor Olena Kyrychenko, senior teachers Larysa Kulinich and Valeriia Davydova, teachers Lubov Husieva, Larysa Aliokhina, Oleksandr Demydenko and Ilona Voznyk, many of which are members of the National Unions of Artists, Designers and Folk Art Masters of Ukraine.

    More than 20 creative works of students with specialization in Architectural Design and Interior of Kirovohrad College of Construction are shown at the exhibition – graduation and term projects of the recent years, project proposals of the memorial sign on Heroi Maidanu Square, and also works in architectural graphics developed under the supervision of experienced teachers, members of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine Oleksandr Postolatii, Ludmyla Kharlamova and Tetiana Peniaz. The teachers share their knowledge in architectural design, city planning and building, architectural details and interiors, history of architecture. These architectural projects of the buildings in Kropyvnytskyi impress not only by professional fulfillment but also by creative idea of formation of authentic architectural environment of steppe town with its special history of development and work of architects of different epochs.
