An exhibition of children’s drawings
“Architectural Portrait of the Town of Yakiv Pauchenko” from the series
“Secrets of the Museum Collection” within the cultural and art event to
International Museum Day “A Visit to the Museum” is dedicated to the 155th
anniversary of Yakiv Pauchenko. The exposition of the exhibition consists of
24 drawings of young artists aged 11-16 made with gouache and watercolor
paints, gel ink pen from the collection of O.O.Osmerkin Art-Memorial Museum:
“Pupils’ and Students’ Creative Work”, “Gallery of Art Competition “Youth
Palette” named after Leonid Bondar”, and “Express Exhibition of the
Participants of Art Workshops”. The displayed works represent the
architectural image of the historical center of the town of Kropyvnytskyi
where the unique buildings constructed on the projects of Yakiv Pauchenko
are located. The majority of the buildings are the Monuments of Architecture
and Town Planning. Many drawings were created during the various art events
in the museum – Art Workshops “Sample of Artistic Architecture” to the 100th
day of memory of Yakiv Pauchenko (2014) and the Plein Air of the students of
the art studio “Sovushka” on the topic “Portrait of the town: Architectural
Landmarks of Yakiv Pauchenko” (2020), as well as are the winners of the art
competition “Youth Palette” named after Leonid Bondar to International
Children’s Day on the topics: “Classical Types of Visual Art” dedicated to
the 125th anniversary of O.O.Osmerkin (2017), “World of Children’s Creative
Work” dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Merited Worker of Culture of
Ukraine Leonid Bondar (2018), and “My Town” dedicated to the 265th
anniversary of the foundation of the town of Kropyvnytskyi (2019). The
exhibition is filled with love for the native town and lights up with good
thoughts which encourage to live fully and have the heart open. The
exhibition is an honorable memory to Yelisavethrad architect Yakiv Pauchenko. |
