During her teaching career as a senior teacher of special disciplines at the Odesa Art School named after In 1993-2019, M.B. Grekov trained a pleiad of graduates who continued their studies in higher art educational institutions and became famous artists.

The thematic range of creativity consists of the genres of traditional classical fine art - landscape, still life, portrait, story picture. Special respect is given to the performance material - graphite pencil. The creative character of the artist's nature reflects the rapid linear and stroke pattern of her graphic works, which are distinguished by the saturated emotional energy of strokes on large surfaces. The artist's large-scale style of easel graphics is characterized by a large format, which is a unique feature of the author's artistic handwriting.
Professor, doctor of art history, head of the Department of Fine Arts of K.D.Ushinskyi National Pedagogical University Olha Tarasenko in her article "Neo-romanticism in the work of Natalia Martyniuk" notes: "Martyniuk's graphics are far from the three-dimensional plastic style of classicism. She uses the principles of impressionism and the avant-garde genetically related to it, where the space is as active as the object... The artist works with pencils of different softness. An important role is played by the eraser, which creates a "white stroke"... The laconicism of black and white graphic compositions by Martyniuk is comparable to the black and white keys of a piano, with the help of which a gifted musician is able to convey an elevated state of mind. Nataliya Martyniuk's compositions are free improvisations on the theme of the city, seen as a similarity of a growing transparent crystal... The tool is a pencil, eraser, paint. Means - line, tonal stain, color, composition. In the style, you can see a paradoxical combination of minimalism and baroque (or refined rococo)."
