The virtual exhibition "DABL-M" presents the works
of Anna Vyshniak and Roman Tkachenko - master's students of the Department
of Art Education, specialty "Fine Art, Decorative Art, Restoration" of the
Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology and Arts of the Central Ukrainian State
Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko within the
framework of the museum's youth art project. New Generation", which aims to
identify bright and talented personalities in the modern fine arts of
Ukraine among the student artistic youth and provides for the organization
of personal and collective exhibitions, as well as the publication of
thematic booklets with art studies articles and reproductions of creative
works.
The exposition of the exhibition consists of 27 paintings and
graphic works of young artists - active participants in numerous student
exhibitions and art events. In her work, Anna Vyshniak is more inclined to
the compositional and symbolic language of pop art with grotesque elements.
Roman Tkachenko works creatively in a realistic style, preferring landscape,
still life, portrait.
The curator of the exhibition, the head of the department of
art education, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Tetyana Stritievich
describes their work as follows: "The exhibition presents the creative work
of young artists Anna Vyshniak and Roman Tkachenko. In the presented works
of various genres and directions, created during the last two years,
everyone can find something to their liking. Master's students who have a
conscious artistic position, studying with the same artist-pedagogue Valery
Davydov, demonstrate a personal vision of reproduction of the surrounding
environment."
The authors of the exhibition present themselves quite
ambitiously: "The idea of the exhibition is to demonstrate paintings that
reflect the modern student nature of the artist, his inner state. The
concept of double art is taken as a basis, so that it is possible to compare
personalities with different writing styles, different painting styles. The
exhibition is conditionally divided into traditional and modern art."
Anna Vyshniak: "From the picturesque city of
Novoukrayinka, a student of the Central State University named after
V.Vinnichenko. 22 years old. She took part in collective exhibitions of
student works on batik, vytinanka, decorative painting, ethnodesign and the
basics of form formation in the Chyzhevsky Library, the Osmerkin Museum, and
the Regional Museum of Local History. This collective exhibition of
different styles shows my inner state as an artist at this very moment."
Roman Tkachenko: "I grew up and was educated in
Kropyvnytskyi. He began studying drawing at the age of 12, when he entered
the art school named after O.O.Osmerkin, which he graduated in 2011, and
continued his creative activity, even while studying at a construction
college in a non-creative specialty. From 2016 to 2020, he studied at the
Pedagogical University of our city and received a bachelor's degree as a
restoration artist. I am currently receiving a master's degree at the
Central Ukrainian Pedagogical University named after V. Vinnichenko, I teach
at the art school named after O. O. Osmerkin since 2020 and continue my
creative search for myself as an artist. He repeatedly participated in
creative all-Ukrainian and local plein airs, exhibitions and events." |
