Nadezhdin Mihailo Volodymyrovych (18.05.1935 - 5.12.2023), Kirovograd - People’s painter of Ukraine (1997), honoured Art Worker of Ukraine (1994), a member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine (1988), painter, a chairman of Kirovograd regional organization of the National Union of artists of Ukraine, graduated from Dnipropetrovsk Art College, now from E.Vuchetich (1962) – for the search of new approaches in realization of an art form in solving of philosophical themes and preservation of symbolic folk world view in paintings and graphic works.
