Polonski Felix Myhailovych (1.01.1941 – 14.05.2022), Kirovograd – Honoured painter of Ukraine (2016), a member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine (1994), painter, graduated from Ivanivsk State Art College, Russia (1968) – for works of 1995-2007, which state basic principles of Ukrainian realistic painting. Merited Artist of Ukraine (2016).
