Bondar Leonid Ivanovych (14.01.1938 – 03.07.2013), Kirovograd – Honoured Worker of culture of Ukraine (2004), a member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine (1993), painter, director of Kirovograd children’s art school named after A.A.Osmerkin (1989-2012), graduated from the Crimean State Art College named after N.Samokish (1960) – for the series of paintings created in 1980-2008.
