Bosyi Alexander Georgiiovych (born 15.05.1958), Kyiv - candidate of Historical Sciences (1999) associate Professor of Fine Arts, Design and Choreography of V.Vynnychenko Kirovograd State Pedagogical University (2001), a member of the National Union of journalists of Ukraine (1989), graduated from the Art and Graphic Department of Odessa Pedagogical Institute named after K.Ushynsky (1984), historian, ethnographer, painter, musician, head of the folk art department of the National museum of folk architecture and conditions of life of Ukraine in Pyrogovo – for the series of books, articles, research papers and popular science films on history of culture and art of Kirovograd region.
