Smychek Igor Volodymyrovych (born 24.11.1953), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine (1987), graphic artist, graduated from Odessa State Art College named after M.Grekov (1973), Lviv Polygraphic Institute named after I.Fedorov, now Ukrainian Academy of Press (1981), teacher of Kirovograd children’s art school named after O.O.Osmerkin – for creative works of the 1990s – 2000s.
