Ostapenko Vasyl Makarovych (02.06.1937 – 18.04.2012), Kirovograd - Honored Worker of culture of Ukraine (1990), a member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine (1995), the National Union of theater workers of Ukraine (1974), International Union of puppet theatre workers UNIMA (1984), theatre artist, the leading artist of Kirovograd Academic Regional Puppet Theatre (1970-2012), graduated from Odessa College of Theatrical Art and Design (1963) – for art theatre set design.
