Babenko Leonid Viktorovych (born 07.05.1957), Kirovograd – Honoured Worker of culture of Ukraine (2013), candidate of pedagogical sciences (1990), professor (2001) of Choreographic Disciplines, Fine Arts and Design of Art Department, dean of Art Department of V.Vynnychenko Kirovograd State Pedagogical University (2003-2013), graduated from K.D.Ushinsky Odessa State Pedagogical Institute, Art and Graphic Department (1984) - for compiling of the manual "Ukrainian fine art", publications "Art and Graphic Department" and "Art Department".
