Frenchko Lyudmyla Ivanivna (born 04.01.1949), Kirovograd - a teacher-methodologist of Kirovograd Music College, graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Philology Department (1973), Kirovograd State Pedagogical Institute named after O.Pushkin, now V.Vynnychenko Kirovograd State Pedagogical University, Philological Department, Ukrainian language and literature (1996) - for the series of articles and creation of video project “World in sensory images (the past and the present of fine art of Kirovograd Region)”.
