Tsukanov Nikolaj Nikolayevich (born 21.07.1957) – owner of the private gallery “Elisavethrad”, Honorary member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (2015), graduated from Moscow Forestry Engineering Institute (1984), Kirovohrad Law Institute of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (2008) – for preparation of the editions “Remedy for depression”, “Provincial gallery” and a series of albums “Palette of steppe region”.
