Ostroukhov Volodymyr Ivanovych (born 18.03.1947 - 4.04.2024), the village of Adzhamka, the Kirovohrad Oblast – an artist, a laureate of the Regional Award in Fine Arts and Study of Art named after Oleksandr Osmerkin in the nomination “modern tendencies” (2016), graduated from Krasnodar State Art College (1974), a participant of regional, all-Union, all-Ukrainian, and international art exhibitions – for the series of works of the recent years.
