Tkachenko Tetiana Oleksandrivna (born 20.08.1973), the town of Kropyvnytskyi – the director of the public institution “The Museum of Arts under Kirovohrad Regional Council”, a member of the National Union of Local History Experts of Ukraine, a member of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), a laureate of the Regional Award in Fine Art and Study of Art named after Oleksandr Osmerkin in the nomination “study and history of art” (2015), a laureate of the Regional Award “Spiritual Treasure of the Kirovohrad Region” (2017), graduated from KirovohradState Pedagogical Institute named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko, now Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko, the Department of History (1995).
    Vizhevska Oksana Borysivna (born 31.05.1978), the town of Kropyvnytskyi – an artist of the 1st category in the public institution “The Museum of Arts under Kirovohrad Regional Council” - art gallery of Petro Ossovskyi “World and Motherland”,graduated fromCentral Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko, the Department of Physics and Mathematics (2000).
    Nozhenko Valentyna Hryhorivna (born 29.04.1954), the town of Kropyvnytskyi – the chief curator of the public institution “The Museum of Arts under Kirovohrad Regional Council”, Merited Cultural Worker of Ukraine (2020), a laureate of the Regional Award in Fine Art and Study of Art named after Oleksandr Osmerkin in the nomination “study and history of art” (2015), ), a laureate of the Regional Award “Spiritual Treasure of the Kirovohrad Region” in the nomination “for a significant contribution to the preservation and popularization of the cultural heritage” (2016), graduated from Kirovohrad State Pedagogical Institute named after O.S.Pushkin, now Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko, the Department of History (1991).
