Tovkailo Volodymyr (Born 1966), the town of Svitlovodsk, Kirovohrad obl. A member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1994). Graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State Art College named after Ye.Vuchetych, now Dnipro College of Theatre and Art (1986).
