Kafarskyi Yurii (Born 1964), the town of Mohyliv-Podilskyi, Vynnytsia obl. Merited Artist of Ukraine (2016). A member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (2000). Graduated from Odesa State Pedagogical Institute named after K.Ushynskyi, now South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.Ushynskyi, major“technical drawing, fine art, and crafts” (1986).
