Kabachenko Volodymyr (born in 1958) Odesa. Honored Artist of Ukraine. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine and the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine. He graduated from the Odesa State Art School named after M. Grekova, now Mitrofan Grekov Odesa Art College (1978), Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts (2007).
