Krutous Volodymyr (born in 1969)
Kropyvnytskyi. Member of the Ukrainian Heraldic Society. Head of the
children's film and television studio "Ku-raj". Graduated from the
Kirovohrad Institute of Agricultural Engineering, now the Central
Ukrainian National Technical University, electromechanical engineer
(1991).
