     Valentyna Yevgenivna Kulinichenko (born 27.03.1951), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of architects of Ukraine, chief engineer of Kirovograd institute “Miskbudproekt”, now JSC “Kirovograd institute “Mis’kbudproekt” (since 1990), graduated from Kirovograd technical school of civil engineering (1970), Kryvyj Rih Mining Institute, now Kryvyi Rih National University, majoring in “civil engineer” (1980);
     Tayisiya Kuzmivna Tsareva (born 12.11.1941), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of architects of Ukraine, head of the department of architecture and construction of JSC “Kirovograd institute “Mis’kbudproekt”, graduated from Odesa Insitute of Civil Engineering, now Odesa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, majoring in “civil engineer” (1969).

   For the development of architectural design of the administrative building of Kirovograd plant of modified fats (OJSC “Creative Group”), Promyslova Avenue, 19, Kirovograd.

Vitaliy Yefremovych Kryvenko (13.08.1937 - 24.05.2020), Kirovograd – Honoured architect of Ukraine, a member of the National Union of architects of Ukraine, a member of Ukrainian Heraldic Society, head of Kirovograd regional department of Ukrainian Heraldic Society, adviser on town building and architecture of Kirovograd regional council, the head of the department of town building, architecture, land planning and use of Kirovograd executive committee (1991-1996). Graduated from Kyiv Civil Engineering Institute, now Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, City construction Department (1976) – for the creation of the projects of symbols for Vilshanka, Novoarkhangelsk, Ustynivka districts, Kirovograd region.

Mariia Ivanivna Tserna (born 24.10.1944), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine (1992), artist of decorative and applied art (batik, tapestry, embroidery, applique), graduated from Vyzhnyts’k College of applied art (1996) – for the series of works made in batik technique and the series of tapestries.
