Valentyna Yevgenivna Kulinichenko (born
27.03.1951), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of architects of Ukraine, chief
engineer of Kirovograd institute “Miskbudproekt”, now JSC “Kirovograd institute
“Mis’kbudproekt” (since 1990), graduated from Kirovograd technical school of civil
engineering (1970), Kryvyj Rih Mining Institute, now Kryvyi Rih National University,
majoring in “civil engineer” (1980);
Tayisiya Kuzmivna Tsareva (born 12.11.1941),
Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of architects of Ukraine, head of the
department of architecture and construction of JSC “Kirovograd institute
“Mis’kbudproekt”, graduated from Odesa Insitute of Civil Engineering, now Odesa
State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, majoring in “civil engineer”
(1969).

University of Construction and Architecture, City construction Department (1976) – for
the creation of the projects of symbols for Vilshanka, Novoarkhangelsk, Ustynivka
