On February 16, 2022,
the presentation of the new scientific and educational art project "Olexandr
Osmerkin Museum - an artistic territory of positive emotions" was held
in the O.O.Osmyorkin Memorial Art Museum, the purpose of which is to
create a communication platform for veterans and family members of ATO/OOS
participants, volunteers , public veteran organizations within the
framework of the Kirovohrad Region social action "Remember. We support.
We help."
This unique art project is extremely relevant in our troubled
and controversial time, because art is considered one of the effective
methods of restoring a harmonious psychological state and emotional
healing. The art project provides not only free visits to the museum and
excursion service, presentations of thematic art exhibitions, holding
creative meetings with artists and holding master classes, organizing
musical evenings and other artistic events, but also psychological
workshops on art therapy. It is not for nothing that modern
psychologists recommend visiting museums, theaters, concerts and, in
particular, art exhibitions, because visual works have a special
property of creating a unique emotional mood, relieving nervous tension
or, on the contrary, awakening activity and vitality.
It was about the principles of psychological correction,
based on the application of art therapy and creativity, that was
discussed during the event, the participants of which were the curators
of the art project, leading researcher, art critic, Honored Artist of
Ukraine Andryi Nadezhdin and researcher, practical psychologist Nina
Chapran. as well as representatives of public organizations, among whom
were the head of the Civil Union "Council of participants in combat
operations, war disabled, families of the dead and volunteers "Patriot",
deputy director of the Communal Institution "Regional resource center
for assistance to participants of ATO and IDPs" Anatoliy Kompaniets and
the head of the of the organization "Mobile volunteer group" Natalia
Salimova.
All present were pleased to familiarize themselves with the
museum exposition accompanied by an educational tour conducted by the
director of the museum Vita Chernova, focusing attention on the
exhibition "Sunny colors of Ukraine", which presents the works of modern
artists of the Kirovohrad region - laureates of regional prizes in the
field of fine arts and art history named after Oleksandr Osmerkin and in
the field of architecture, heraldry and vexillology and decorative and
applied art named after Yakov Pauchenko.
Particularly positive emotions were caused by the opportunity
to directly observe the creative process of artists, because at that
time another artistic event was taking place in the museum, organized by
the artist, head of the fine arts department of the Kropyvnytskyi
Children's School of Arts Olga Krasnopolska - art studios, during which
artists recreated the portrait of a model in museum interior.
The event ended with a traditional photo session. We hope for
successful cooperation of the museum with public organizations operating
within the framework of the all-Ukrainian project aimed at strengthening
the resilience of communities through socio-economic support of veterans,
which is being implemented by the International Organization for
Migration. |
