Khvorost Andriy Vasylyovych (born 07.02.1968), Kirovograd – painter, member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (2000), head of Kirovograd Regional Organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (since 2015), graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State Art College named after Ye.V.Vuchetych (1987) majoring in teaching drawing, Ukrainian Academy of typography, Lviv, majoring in “graphics”, qualification “graphic artist of artistic and technical design of printed materials” (1995) – for original creative works which follow nonconformist forms of outlook in modern fine art.
