Shapovalov Serhii (Born 1943), the city of Kropyvnytskyi. Merited Artist of Ukraine (2008). A member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1989). Graduated from Kyiv State Art Institute, now the National Academy of Visual Art and Architecture, major “Painting” (1974).
