Svitlana Oleksandrivna Likhachova (born 25.08.1937), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of architects of Ukraine, architect of Kirovograd branch of “Ukrmis’kbudproekt” (since 1970), graduated form Novosybirsk Institute of Civil Engineering named after V.Kuibyshev, now Novosybirs’k State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, majoring in “architecture” (1962) – for the designing of architectural project of the hotel “Europe”, Karla Marksa (Velyka Perspektyvna) Str. 13/16, Kirovograd.

Oleksandr Ivanovych Polyachok (born 20.09.1962), Kirovograd - a member of Ukrainian Heraldic Society, executive secretary of Kirovograd regional department of Ukrainian Heraldic Society, director of Kirovograd museum of music culture named after K.Szymznowski, graduated from Moscow State Conservatoire named after P.Chaikovsky, Department of theory and composition (1986) – for the creation of the projects (in co-authorship) of the symbols of Znamyanka, Dolyns’ka and Novoukrains’ka districts of Kirovograd region.

Emilia Matviivna Rudenko (born 13.01.1947), Kirovograd - Honoured artist of Ukraine (2009), a member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine (1984), artist of decorative and applied art (tapestry), graduated forn Odessa State Art College named after M.Hrekov (1968) – for the creation of tapestries connected with the history of Kirovograd region and Ukraine.
