     Yuriy Oleksandrovych Penyaz (born 07.09.1963), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of architects of Ukraine (1995), a member of the Union of architects of the USSR (1991), chairman of the board of Kirovograd regional organization of the National Union of architects of Ukraine (since 2009), architect, chief architect of the projects of the institute “Kirovogradagroproekt” (1988-1994), head of the department of realization of the master plan of the Department of town building and architecture of Kirovograd city executive committee, head of the department of architecture and cadastre of the Department of town building and architecture of Kirovograd Regional State Administration (1994-1998); chief architect of the projects, head of the utility enterprise “Architectural-planning bureau” (2000-2013), graduated from Odesa Civil Engineering Institute, now Odesa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, majoring in “architecture” (1985).

Sergiy Stepanovych Marushchak (born 21.10.1969), Kirovograd - a member of Ukrainian Heraldic Society, chief designer of SPC “Anturazh-A”, graduated form Kirovograd College of Construction, majoring in “industrial and civil engineering” (1988) – for the creation of the projects of symbols of the village Nova Praga, Oleksandrivka district, towns of Dolynska and Bobrynets, Kirovograd region.

In nomination “decorative and applied arts”

Nelia Fedorivna Firsova (born 20.05.1947), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine (1994), artist of decorative and applied art (ceramics), graduated from Odesa State Art College named after M.Hrekov (1974) – for the author’s ceramic works.
