Sergiy Volodymyrovych Burlachenko (born 11.12.1982), Odesa – a member of the National Union of architects of Ukraine, a chief architect of Co.Ltd “Megaline” (Odessa), graduated from Odesa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, majoring in “architecture” (2006) – for the reconstruction of the complex of buildings with annex on Velyka Perspektyvna Str., 46, Kirovograd.

Sergiy Stepanovych Marushchak (born 21.10.1969), Kirovgrad - a member of Ukrainian Heraldic Society, laureate of the Regional Award in the sphere of architecture, heraldy and veksilology and decorative and applied art named after Yakov Pauchenko in nomination “heraldry and vexilology” (2007), a chief designer of SPC “Anturazh–A”, graduated form Kirovograd College of Civil Engineering, majoring in “industrial and civil engineering” (1988) – for the creation of the project of symbols of the village Berezhynka, Kirovograd district, Kirovograd region.

Alexandra Ivanivna Prenko (born 16.10.1966), Kirovograd - Honored Master of Folk Art of Ukraine (2009), a member of the National Union of masters of folk art of Ukraine (2009), Excellence in Education of Ukraine (2000), head of folk art group of studio “Carpet making” of Kirovograd regional center for children and youth creativity (1990-2004, 2009-2013), an author of manual “Carpet making”, has a Certificate on copyright of the State Department of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Science and Education of Ukraine for a technological design of applied art works “Carpet doll” (volumetric and plane) (2005), was presented at the Town Hall of Fame in nomination “The best amateur”, graduated from Dagestan Art College named after M.Dzhemal, Makhachkala, Russia, majoring in “artist master in carpet making” (1986), Kirovograd Social and Pedagogical Institute “Pedagogical Academy”, majoring in “primary education and practical psychologist” (2000) - for creative works in carpet making technique (carpets, carpeting dolls).
